Do you work on sales commissions or performance basis?

All services are provided on fee basis only. Sales commissions and performance incentives are the exception and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What is the shortest duration of a contract?

Our contract tenures are designed to be convenient for the client and the project requirements. All contracts start with a minimum duration of one quarter, which is three months.

Are you a business process outsourcing (BPO) company?

We are not a business process outsourcing agency. We provide research for outsourcing and procurement needs.

Can you recruit and train staff for me?

We categorize this as a request for third party technical assistance. We can refer you to our associates who are licensed practitioners specialized in teaching and training.

Do you work for any company, project or sector?

While we strive to accommodate for all enquiries and requests, we select and accept which organizations and projects we can provide services for.

We do not sell lists of names, profiles, contact information, or network database. We provide information relevant to project requirements within a contracted duration, scope of work and set of deliverables.

What are your fees based on?

Fees for services depend on the duration, scope and deliverables of an assignment or project.

What languages do your team speak?

English and Arabic are the default languages used for communication purposes.

What if I need you to assist me in an area where the language spoken is other than English or Arabic?

For a location or in a region where a different language is required, we offer our network of associates present in that specific territory.

I do not need advise on the region, can you just give me some feedback on my plan or strategy?

We are happy to answer questions and assist whenever possible provided the request does not require any commitment, time or resources. In the event that the request is specific to a certain industry or territory, we will refer you to our contracted services.

Do you provide service agents or sponsors?
